SHIPPING POLICY
Ceedberri offers shipping across India by leveraging the extensive network of our courier partners.
As a special limited time offer we are offering free shipping on all our products.
We normally dispatch all our orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Based on the Pincode the courier partner is assigned for your orders. You will receive an E-Mail and SMS containing the tracking information for your shipment once it is dispatched.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer can cancel the order once the order is placed only if the order is not dispatched.
Cancellations are not allowed once the order is dispatched. For canceling your order, you need to an e-mail to connect@ceedberri.com or change the status in your Account section.
If the products have been dispatched, then we would not be able to cancel the order.
Incase of cancellations the amount would be refunded and the buyer would be informed regarding the same.
